Born in Milan, Italy, food has always been part of my upbringing .
I have worked in Michelin star restaurants across France, Denmark , Holland and hatted restaurants in Australia in 2022 my partner and I decided to move to Montreal.
I have worked as Chef de cuisine at some of the flagship restaurants of the city, including Ile Flottante and Hiatus .
I love the intimate experience of private dining as it offers me the freedom and creativity I desire. I want to share my years of work and research with food-lovers
My food has three purposes; to make you happy, to pique your curiosity, and to nourish your soul.
