Born in Milan, Italy, food has always been part of my upbringing. I started cooking professionally at the age of 17, after moving to Australia with my family. 

Discovering new ingredients and new flavours by the fusion of cultures has always been exciting. My palate developed and I saw endless possibilities with regard to flavour pairings. 

I have worked in Michelin star restaurants across France, Denmark and Holland and in 2022 my partner and I decided to move to Montreal.

I have worked as Chef de cuisine at some of the flagship restaurants of the city, including Ile Flottante and Hiatus and, in preparation for opening my own restaurant, I am offering my services as a private chef.

I love the intimate experience of private dining as it offers me the freedom and creativity I desire. I want to share my years of work and research with food-lovers. The added bonus of this venture, I get to work with you and work on my own schedule to prepare an incredible and memorable sharing experience for you and your guests. 

French and Italian gastronomy is my background and I specialise in designing tasting menus from 4 to 10+ courses. My extensive travels have also allowed me to work on seafood, vegetarian and vegan driven menus. I am also deeply attached to simplicity and my humble Italian roots. Food elicits pleasure and connection.

My food has three purposes; to make you happy, to pique your curiosity, and to nourish your soul.
